風篩式精選機 Air screen cleaner
利用空氣室風道系統的負壓吸力和網孔篩選的原理,去除糧食或種子中的枝、梗、輕雜、莖葉、癟谷、瘦小籽粒、破碎粒、土塊、石頭等雜質,主要用于小麥、水稻、玉米、可可、豆類的精選加工。
篩箱及空氣室為櫸木膠合板結構,空氣室分別由前后二套吸風道及前后二套沉降室組成,篩箱由二至六層篩網組成,篩網清理采用橡膠球撞擊式,自清篩能力強;通過選配不同規(guī)格的篩孔,可進行各種糧食及種子的精選加工。
智能自動化功能:
1、所有動力全部采用伺服電機、變頻電機,大量運用伺服、變頻、PLC、上位機等智能自動化技術,再配上各種傳感器把檢測數據上傳給觸摸屏,使設備的轉速、扭矩、溫度、振動頻率、空氣流量、空氣壓力、風門角度等參數直觀的顯示在觸摸屏,運行情況一目了然。
2、當設備調整到最佳狀態(tài)時,相關數據一鍵保存,下次加工相同種子只需一鍵恢復,對操作人員的專業(yè)技術要求低,無需憑個人經驗使用設備。
3、把手動操作步驟換成伺服電機來執(zhí)行,操作人員不用跑前跑后,只需在觸摸屏上輸入相關參數來命令伺服電機,把復雜的事情變?yōu)楹唵巍?/span>

Intelligent automation function:

4. HD cameras are installed at the discharge outlet and finished product outlet to facilitate the management personnel to check the relevant conditions after adjusting the equipment on the display.
